We'll I tried loading pics but cant seem to get past the uploading part, I even resized them. When I click upload it will act like its uploading but then just stays on the screen after it looks like the upload is complete. Any ideas?

No. I do the go advance, add attachment, click the file and then upload. The blue bar will go from the left to right and then it just stays to the right side.

Here is a DT 466 I did an inframe on. It dropped a valve and continued to beat the piston and crack the head.

Maxx 13 head.jpgmax 13 turbo.jpg

Here is 2 Maxxforce 13L, one I did a head on because valve stuck and knocked bridge off( a common failure in these happens from egr cooler's going bad which makes the oil sticky causing valves to stick, warranty has us replace them when it happens) These are the worst heads to torque, counting everytime you torque it its a total of 156 torques!:( It sucks. The other photo is a high psi turbo replacement.

In your last picture there's an aluminum casting that resembles the pressure side of a turbo but the rest of it looks unfamiliar to me. Can you explain what it is and how it works?

Its a twin turbo set up, the bottom one you see is the low psi turbo, where the pipe comes up thats where the high psi turbo is I had taken it off when I took the pic. The h.p turbo is bolted to the exhaust manifold, the exhaust is then directed down to the low psi turbo then exits out the back of it. There is a waste gate on the high psi that meters the boost psi. The intake pipe from your air cleaner hooks to the low psi turbo then the air from the compressor housing goes up to high psi turbo inlet. the air comes out of the h.p turbo compressor housing then goes into the engine. There is 1 charge air cooler and 1 water air cooler. Ill try to take some pics of a complete set up so you can see it all together.

Thanks! Sounds pretty complicated LOL. I've been away from big trucks since the late 90s, they were a lot simpler then. I'd appreciate a picture like you mentioned, I imagine this is set up like this due to emissions?
