This is the shop's equipment service tracking board. Anything with an E or T is a trailer the rest are tractors. Except for the units 2 thru 11 those
belong to a customer. I'm the only one who fills out this board, I don't allow any scribbling .

Honestly, if I had that much iron to care for I would want a good tracking system too.

It is on computer also in the main office. But when the computer crashes and it has happened this board is always there. And computers can be garbage in garbage out.
This board is fast and accurate, when equipment rolls in we know right away what needs to be done. People rely on computers too much.
