    Interesting, seen quite a few GMC longhoods but never a Chevy. Looks like a good home for a 12v71.

    I've only ever seen one other Chevy CM, It was in Modesto CA back in 80.

    I've seen a bunch of the smaller (70 and 80) versions with gassers on farms, they seemed to favor the huge GMC V-6's like the 478 c.i. Magnum. Or the Chevy 427. Or that wonderfully noisy 6V-53 Detroit.

    That would look damn fine with a 12V71 and twin turbo's all polished up with 6" twice pipes

    Looking at the pic, I bet that was a car hauler at one time. I remember Steve posted some blue car transporters somewhere. The lack of stacks makes me think that's a possibility.

    It had a rotary well drill on the back and 5X4 with Rockwell top drop rear drives 6.29 Twin steering boxes.
